Well we got there and meet with all the other people we where around 30 you can se on the photo how the night watcher look like from the 1600 year

The morning star was to protect himself from criminal and he told that many of the watcher betrade the job and beat op people

Then he told us about the houses in the street it use to be a place where they where lots monk people use to come a fee in there little box but then they got to know people around them and then people gave them lots of food and they become very fat and not very modesty so then people start to had them and in the 1800 they where told to get lost and they where never there again but there are still when you walk under the restaurant some of the stone from the building there it was amazing to se.

HONEYMOON IN EGYPT.

When we were on our honeymoon in Egypt we waited  in the airport for 9 hours, the military had taken our flight because of the war, at last we took off. There was no seats available to us, and we had bought first class tickets. We did not understand .

We then came to Cairo and I got out of the airplane, it was in the middle of the night, 5am,Then 20 men with night gowns and  turbans on their heads came running towards me I was so scared. I ran back in and Poul told me to go out there. I told him no way would I go out there. I would much rather spend 2 weeks in the airport. I was pushed out by Poul he is not afraid of anything... I am!  Then it was a taxi driver, all the men who came against me, and then I heard a voice welcome to Egypt, in Danish. I was so relieved. We were going to travel all around Egypt, and our guide have just arrived...Lovely!

We went to Hilton Hotel .Wow, what a lovely hotel. We woke up a couple of hours later by a terrible noise, it was a car alarm, it went on for ages. Good heaven. So we got up eat our breakfast, I have never seen so much breakfast before, and then we went for a walk. Poul started to take some pictures of some very fine art. And then the police came and put a gun in his back and we did not know what to do because we did not speak the language. A man from our hotel came to help us out, and it was because Poul had taken some photo's of a military area .We were in trouble but he let us go, and we ran home to our hotel.

At noon, we went to see the pyramids, we were all getting up on camels. Well I got up on the camel and I fell off, and the owner of the camel could not believe it, and he looked at me because I screamed very loud when I fall off. Poul was so embarrassed and told me "I think every body’s got to know you now". Then we tried to get me onto the front of the camel, and Poul on the back. When the camel rose again I ended up hanging around the neck of the camel and I was screaming again! I told Poul "no way am I going by camel I will walk". And I did. Then we went down to the pyramids and I lay myself down on one of the coffins and when the others came and I rose up..... They really got scared, and I felt terrible.

Well we then went to another pyramid and it was full with Scorpions, my God, I almost peed  in my pants. I was really scared to step on them again. I was ready to go home to Denmark, this was really too much for me.

Then we went to eat. I hate to eat bird so I did not want any dinner, but they did give me something else, I did ask 'did they not have anything normal like a banana or an apple' I could eat. You must remember it was my first time to a country like that.

We then went to the Cairo Museum. What a treat.

And then we sailed up the Nile for 4 days, wow, that was a treat also. I have never seen so much food. Poul and I were standing for 20 minutes outside and I got sunburned.

We then went to the Suez channel and wait for the water to rise and then one of the girl guests bikini fall down and all the crew on the ship were looking and she was sleeping. I did not know what to do because they seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Then we went to the dessert where a lot of schoolgirls took pictures of us, we felt like animals in the zoo.

We then flew to Abu Simpel what a treat! I have never seen anything so lovely in my life, wow!  Then we took a flight to the hotel where Agatha Christie had been. The Cataract hotel, it was lovely and when I got there I could not get my shoes on, and a man look at me and said " we don’t use those here, go around without your shoes".  We were 3 days at the hotel and we did laugh because on a sign it said, 'camelback to Abu' simple, and it is 160 kilometre from the hotel and a sign said 'short people not allowed' I think they meant people with shorts, not short people.

Well we then went to Luxor and the Hilton hotel and, wow, it was lovely. Then Poul always wants to go to places where there are no people and we were warned. And then a donkey shit on my legs and I got so mad and ask Poul 'is there anything else you want me to see because I am going home now' and then we went to see the Valley of the Kings, a lovely treat too.

DUBLIN
We did have a lovely holiday but the first two days it was pouring with rain.

Next day we got up early and then went to the old church called St Michan church we were very interested in seeing the crypt. There was this very nice guide who we enjoyed the company of, he was a very good guide, and make it be so alive, he even told us to touch the skeleton and we did, and he told us some spooky story from there.

When we went to see the crypt it was nice person he locked the crypt after we went there and I ask him are you scared someone would pinch the skeleton and then he told me a lovely story

It was a young woman, who was supposed to look after his mother’s dog, and then he fell asleep with the neighbour, the next day he came home and the dog was dead. Then she phone the vet and the vet told her to bring the dog she took a suitcase and then she went with the dog but it was so heavy and on the way a young man help her carry the suitcase he ask what is in it and she would not tell him about the dog so she told him that is was a computer and a new phone and all gadgets and then he run away with the suitcase. Hahahaha he did get a surprise hahahahaha

We did have a lovely holiday, it was pouring with rain the first couple of days but we got a lovely hotel and then in the evening we went to temple bar street, the next day we got up early had a big breakfast... Wow, eggs, bacon, Belgium waffles, mushrooms, you name it,

But after two days we did have the loveliest sunshine and enjoyed that very much.

We then walk to Trinity College from there we went to St. Patrick's church and then to Christ- church that was amazing it had a crypt. I really enjoyed going there it was so old and spooky.

Then we had some lunch and went to see Dublin Castle.

Then we went to see and old library called March, it was so amazing, wow, we did enjoy that very much and the people everywhere we went were so kind and helpful and just like to talk and we liked that very much.

Then we found a nice restaurant where we had a nice dinner with wine and Guinness I have never drank so much beer before but I love Guinness.

Later we went to see number twenty, an old house, then we went to see Dublin, general post office, in the evening we went on a ghost bus trip, that was so amazing and I start to scream and the actor thought that was fun and when we went to the graveyard he wanted me to lay down on the ground. But no thank you! Then we pull up a body and he show how they found a new buried person in old time where there use the corpse for medicine students, he was quite amazing and I enjoyed every moment of it, he was really funny and great to listen to.

Then the next day we went to see Guinness brewery and it was big. Then we took a bus to see new grange that is amazing. It is very old and if you don’t know what it is go to the Internet. And then we went to see Tara and the old royal graveyard, it was so amazing. Then I bought a book and the book salesman write in it .I thought that was strange, why did he write in my book? But he had written the book hahahaha silly me!

Then we went to see the National Museum, that was so amazing and big, but I did enjoy that very much, and it was free!

Then we saw the garden of remembrance. Then we went shopping for the day we walk about 8 hours every day and after 3 days my feel were killing me .I could hardly walk, but there was so much to see there.

In the evening we went to the Temple Bar, where they play live Irish music every day.

Saturday we went to see 'River Dance and then we had a 3 course meal it was so amazing and we did enjoy that very much. We came home late after wine, Irish coffee, whisky, Guinness but we did manage to get up the next day!

We went on a lovely scary, funny trip with the ghost bus trip.

It all started with where we should meet at 8. It was a spooky bus with pink velvet on the windows so that we could not look out.

I was very excited about what was going to happen.

But suddenly a man came in and he frightened the hell out of me, not that he was not appearing.

But it was the way he came into the bus.

So I did scream very loud and so did some of the other ladies on the bus.

Then he started to talk about different ghosts in Dublin.

And showed a picture, he told about a butcher who haunted people, even people that did not believe in ghosts.

He use to live in a Dublin house, but when they found him he had killed himself.and that is why he haunt people.

He also told us about a man that kidnapped corpse when they where dead and they use them for medicine students... he went around with an iron stick and then he could feel on the graveyard that someone has just be buried.

We then went to Kevin graveyard and that was very spooky he asked me if I would help him dig a corpse up, not very exciting but why not? We opened up a coffin and there was a corpse and of course I screamed my lungs out, he was brilliant I really enjoy every moment with him he was so funny.

He told us about a man who was tortured and they put his feet in boiling oil I ask, "did they eat the feet"? And he told me he actually tries to be serous here, but he did laugh.

Later when we came to a door on the graveyard there came a man down on my head that could really make my pee boil, that was so frightening. The way he told the story on the graveyard......... it was almost like you could feel the ghost!

He was really wonderful and I don’t believe he will forget me; his ears properly did not feel so good the next day!

I never got his name I would love to see him again in some acting, if anyone know his name please tell me, he is brilliant and deserved a Oscar.

Later we went to a church step where lots of people died of plague and he told us that the Irish people did not use that step because of all the illness that has been there.

Well it was one of the highlights of my trip to Dublin and I am certainly going on a trip again the next time I come to Dublin.

The next day I went to the Kevin graveyard then it was not so spooky but it was a lovely little park and so peaceful

Well I will like to thank the actor for a lovely evening.

Mandag d. 1/2 2004

Well I will tell you about out adventure in Thailand.

We went early morning Paul, me and two guides and the guide’s mother and his wife who did not speak English.

The first stop was near some water there was some of those black things on my legs sucking blood, I screamed like hell and Paul try to get them off and did succeed at last, then I look up and there was one of those big lizards looking at me like I was supper. Did I tell you that Paul spend a lot of time telling me to take it is darling, then we went on into the jungle to get some lunch well I turned around and there was a big pig with horns and lots of other animals- Monkeys and you name it they got all my lunch, I hate to see animals starving, I would must rather starve myself.

We then went into a jungle and Paul was going to the toilet and I was sitting on a bed in a home who was made of bamboo and then suddenly, I look at the wall and there was a giant spider with lots of hair and I start to scream and Paul came out from the toilet with his trousers down and one minute later there was 9 people in our home they thought I was being murdered and then the man get up on my bed and tried to get the spider down and it moved and I screamed even more and he told me to get out because he was more scared of me than of the spider. Then it was lost and they told me that the spider had gone and I told them that It have not leave my home and then it came out under the curtain and I start screaming again and then it came out.

The next morning we went to the jungle and no way would I run in there because they told us there was a tiger so I waited for Paul outside and he should have been back hours ago and then suddenly there come hunters with guns and went into the jungle. I asked if anything was happening to my husband and they told me that they always went to the jungle with guns. Well was I scared and then he came with blood all over him and with a big smile he told me that there was a tiger I did kick him and told him my opinion Paul is one of those men who is not afraid of anything!

Well we went home and then about 10 o’clock in the evening we were going to see some wild animals in the jungle, Elephants! We drove and we met some sable tigers and then we meet the elephants and Paul was taken video film and then their ears went up and they started chasing us and you should have seen the man in the care I have never seen him drive so quickly and at the same time Paul was filming all the elephant chasing us and I told him to stop and do you know what he answer me well I might as well take some film because if it catch us there is nothing we could do .My heart was in my mouth. Did I mention that was the last time I was on a trip in the jungle!

Then Paul asked me what would you like to do tomorrow I asked him could we not do something normal, like go to the beach, or go shopping .Do you know what we did? You would not believe it. First we ride elephants and then we went to see a show with men dressed up like girls, my choice! Paul hates them and doesn't want them on his lap, I wonder why? They are so lovely to look at.

Well I hope you like my little adventure I have to dig all the way back in my brain to recall the story again

Travelling mail from Scotland and England

Well on the 4 September we went to Sweden, Gothenburg. it is about 300 kilometres from our home in Copenhagen, we try to found the ship but we could not found the way out to the ship and we did drive around about 1½ hour and I did tell Paul that it was the 6 time I look at McDonald and the worst part is all the street is there no turning left, so we were really in a jam, then Paul tried to look at the map and after that we did ask someone and we  found it at last and when we got there it was closed I was almost going to explode, but I did behave myself it was late and we hadn't got any supper and now we could not get into the car. Well we did try to drive in and other way and there it was. wow we were in heaven! We had actually found the ship and then I went in and try to get on board and before me was this Englishman complaining and repeating himself all the time,I notice him be course he have about 50 flag on his trousers and I was getting pretty irritated at him so I start to stare at him and he got nervous and at last after he have told the same story 5 times he left. It would have been easier for him to talk into a tape recorder then he could have switched on the button well then I was told that we could not get our car on board before tomorrow morning and it would be locked up and it cost 50 Swedish Crone I did not have that so I have to get some money from Paul who was waiting and then run all the way in and have some money changed

We then go to the room for having our car locked up  and the machine did not work where you can put your change in so I got so angry that I just write a note telling them the machine does not work and I have not heard anything..

Well we did get on board and have something to eat and then of to bed.

Well we did arrived to Newcastle and then we went to se Warworth castle and then on to Holy Island and to St Abb´s head it as so lovely to see, and then off to Edinburgh and try to find our accommodation and we did find it very easy.

Then we just leave everything and went down to town the B & B program told us it took about 10 minutes to go there, well it must have been a man with 10 m long legs because no way could you go there in 10 minutes but never mind we got there at last.

And we went to eat in a place call Greyfriers Bobby which is a pub that is called after a dog. We ordered some dinner but there have only courses for one..what else is new ?So Paul got the food and I was looking at him eating it.

The next day was there a huge breakfast and lots of Peanut butter, Chocolate cream and after I have been eating 5 pieces of white toast I could hardly get in my clothes, I have no idea it was fattening.

And the worst part was ,I could not walk .I walk like a potbelly pig, my leg hurt real bad, but we have to go seeing a lot of things so off we went.

And then we went to Blackness Castle, which I found a little spooky, but interesting. And Paul would of course climb up all of the tower, my feet could not handle it, so I told him to take some video ,then I could see it when we came home.

About this hotel room it was just over a dancing place and out bed was jumping so laugh was the music.

Mandag d. 1/2 2004

Well lets go to Thailand, we went Elephant riding, my God, you have to kick the elephants foot and then he will push you up, I did that and the elephant push me so hard that I end up on my tummy on the elephant and my head was looking down on the ground, and very kind Thai man hold me in my blouse so I would not fall down, every body was taking some great picture except Paul he was to worried for me, so he help me down, that was my last elephant riding, I did walk the rest of the way, and Paul was sitting on the head.

We went to Vietnam, and we did start in Saigon and we have to hold on to every thing, we went walking and five minute after there was a car stopping and there was about 20 children stealing every thing from the car, I have never seen anything like it.

With us in the car was a lady about 60 year old, with long white hair and shorts, I have never seen so short shorts before and every body was looking you are not supposed to go dress like that in Vietnam, and you could see her back parts went up and down when she walk, it was so disgusting, but we all have a good laugh of all her funny things she was doing, there is always one.

We took a flight to hue and all the way around Vietnam, there is so much to see, and every thing is so cheap, I bought 35 cd 1 pound each, well I went to Thailand and Vietnam with 18 kilo and I did go home with 88 kilo, I love designer clothes hand made you know channel Giorgio Armani, I am always dressed in suits you know short shirt and jacket, and I love those channel bottom you can get and the clothes make so clever copy of course, and I do feel so very special, the man you makes the clothes in Thailand is coming to Denmark once a year and then he makes some new clothes to me, well it is and other price, but it is still very cheap about 150 pound for a suit, and in Thailand it is about 60 pound, and of course Paul get handmake clothes too. He hates to get new clothes, and I hate shopping with him.

Well back to Vietnam we end up in Hanoi, and it was a very nice town, we have been out seeing some places, and some one want to sell me something I did not want, and I did try to get away and I fall and press a rib bone, it was really hurting me, and I went back to my hotel, then Paul and the friends we was travelling with  us went out, so I decide to take a hot shower, I went to put some water in the bath tub, and then I went in to the room who have one step up from the entry, I then went into the bath, and I could field it was good for my ribs, and then a knock on the door, I shout go away, nothing happened, the knock again, I get up and there was a little lady with some towels, I then went back to the bath again with great difficulty, and then it knock on the door again, and I shout go to hell I was so angry, and they let them self in, and she look at me and told me how sorry she was, and then again and I went up and open again, this time I was so angry and I did shout of the poor lady who was standing outside my door, and I went back to the bath and there was no more hot water, was I mad, I went into the room, well I fell over the step and through the room and landed on the floor.

And then Poul came home, and told me we all were going shopping, well he have told our friend that he was going to tell me that and then they would see how quickly I was getting better, we went out, and then we went out eating, and on the way home, there was running rats all over the street ummmmmm lovely, I did not eat meet in Vietnam, because I know they eat cat and dogs, so I became a vegetarian in Vietnam, it was a very special country, and it was very exiting but I will never go back there again, I can't take so much experience, and you have to close you eyes for so many thing how they treat animals, and I am not very good to keep my mouth closed. Well we went to Thailand, and it was Christmas, and we did get a real Christmas dinner ummmmmmm we really enjoy our self.

The next day we went out   to see drag queen, they are really looking lovely, Paul doesn't like them very much, he would rather have the real thing, like when we just arrive in Bangkok, we went to buy some food, and it was very quiet, and I turn around and there was Paul with two lovely Thai girls, and I went back and I told Paul to spit those two lady's out, and I explained that this one belong to me, I can assure you, he have a ball, there was so many Thai girl sitting on his lap, and when we went home in the airplane he have a bad back, I told him that is because he have turns his head around after them all, well I do understand him, and I am not jealous, I trust him, and whatever makes him happy, I always took him and our friend to look at girls with very little clothes on, and my friend and I went away from them, and Paul told me darling she is pushing her self on me, and I answer him do you mind, oh now and he hurry back, our two men have a great time.

Well I would like to tell you about our trip to Turkey, we went to Antalia, for 2 weeks, and the weather was not very nice. So we decided to go to Cappadokien it is a place about 1400 kilometre from Antalia.

We rent a car and off we went, we made a stop in Konya to visit a mosque, all the men start to look at me because I have red hair, and the woman was looking very angry at me, I did not know why but I did found out, I did not have anything on my head, and Poul was not near, he always go his own way to look at things, so I call him in the mosque, and very loud and he came, and I did shout of him in the mosque for living me on my own with all those horrible woman.

We then went to get something to eat, well that was even more difficult, because the menu was in Turkish.

Well with finger and sound we did manages to get something to eat, and then of.

I did ask Poul before we leave are there any mountains on our way I am afraid of heights. Well we went 1,400 metre heights and it was snowing.  Poul ask me to look out the window, but I told him to take some video and he could show me the view when we came home to Denmark.

Well we did get out to Cappadokien it was really lovely it is and old Silk way city where the people use to hide in caves.

There was lots of caves and church, and they still have painting on the wall, we stay for two day and then went back.

We then took a bus the next day to a place name Perge to see some waterfall, wow it was so amazing, it only cost 1 shilling to take a bus out there and it was a trip on 18 kilometre, and all the school children look at us, they are not used to seeing Europeans, we then want to get to and other place, and we stop a car that took us.

From there we could not get home, so I stop a car who was full of tomatoes, Poul told me that I could not do that, well it works fine and we did get home.

Then we took to Myra where the old kings are buried in the mountain, wow it was so nice, and we went to a beach to see where the turtle was living. We have a real nice sail trip out there.

We also visit Santa Claus, who Turkey believes is the real Santa Claus.

There are so many places to visit in Turkey; we have been to Turkey 6 time in difference places.

We then went to Side by bus, it is a really old city with so many archaeology burial, and so many things are still remain out there, I just love old stones like Poul call them. It can really get my fantasy going thinking how the people use to live.

Then we visit the archaeology museum in Antalia, it was really huge and there was so many thinks to look at so after 5 hour I gave up, I could not handle to look at and other old object that day.

Antalia is a very nice city, and the food is very good, so we really have a lovely holiday as usual.

What I am really surprised about, is when we were going back home I talked to some people in the Hotel and they have not seen anything, they have stay in there room for 2 weeks because of the bad weather, I can’t really understand that, we are out every day taking a bus somewhere we have found in a book we have bought in Denmark.

And they were so surprised over that we have seen so many things.

Well we still have a lot of pictures and video's to look at.
