Foruden vedvarende energi brænder Karin også for at være med til at hjælpe mennesker (børn, unge, voksne), som er stødt på begrænsninger i deres evne til at lære, fordi man måske ikke altid har forstået, at de skulle lære det på en anden måde, end man normalt lærer.

Hun har derfor taget en Pædagogisk Diplomuddannelse, hvor hun har lavet et afgangsprojekt inden for dette område. Emne: ”Læring hos børn der har en dominerende kropslig intelligens”

First Danish House in Moldova

On the 22nd of April 2009 in Chisinau took place the ceremony of the opening of the first Danish House in Moldova.
"The Danish House is the Window to Denmark and the Door to Moldova" – that were the introduction words from the co-owner of the Danish House, Mr.Bjorn Leinum.
Three companies from Denmark: Invest Ost Ltd., East West Import Export Ltd and Alternative Energy Ltd have started their activity in Moldova for some years ago in different business fields and decided to create a holding in Moldova which would reflect their origin – The Danish House.
The Danish House is the business, culture and informational centre for all the Danish investors who want to lunch any legal activities in Moldova.
At the ceremony were presented about 40-50 persons: partners, friends, representatives of non-profit organizations, government and embassy.
The program started with the Moldavian folk dances and continued with the official cutting of the red line, feast meal, classic music and a lot of speeches.
