How to place an order - Payment - Delivery - Guarantee - Returns

How to place an order:Orders must be placed by
e-mail to
jvholding@mail.dk
or fax to (+45) 86 92 85 22.
On receipt of your order we will send a confirmation a-
long with our invoice. If the ordered articles are sold out,
the customer will be notified.
Currency: We invoice in Danish currency (Danish
Crowns DKK). The Danish currency is always connected
to the EURO (EUR). The approximate exchange rates
are as follows: 100 USD = DKK 600.100 EUR = 750 DKK.
Payment: We only accept Swift payment, which is the
bankers payment system.This payment system is fast and
uncomplicated and it guarantees both parties maximum
security.
Our banker is DANSKE BANK, Copenhagen. Swift code
is DABADKKK. Our International bank account number
(IBAN No.) is: DK74 3000 0016 5309 48. Bankers´s
Reg.No. is 1594 and our account No. is 16530948.
Delivery: Total freight costs will be specified and inclu-
ded with the invoice in accordance with the terms in our
price list. You may also use your own shipping agent on
request. We ship ex stock.
Packaging: Included (cardboard box).
Guarantee: All products carry a 2 years guarantee
covering any manufacturing defect in accordance with
Danish Law.
Returns: Undamaged goods may be returned within
14 days after receipt at buyers address. All returns must
be pre-approved by the Canemaker.
Damaged Goods: On receipt the packaging must be
examined for visible damage. In case of damage cau-
sed by the forwarding company, the buyer must get a
proper receipt from the forwarding company with a note,
that the buyer has claimed the damage. The forwarding
company will be insured, or (if the shipment was arran-
ged by the Canemaker) our insurance will cover shipping
damage.
