About T h e C a n e ma k e r / profile
The Canemaker is a retail division of the licensee,
manufacturer and wholeseller JV Holding of DK-
8355 Solbjerg. The company specializes in the
South East Asia manufacture of high quality rat-
tan furniture, designed by famous designers, such
as professor and architect MAA Arne Jacobsen as
well as furniture designed by the company itself.
The furniture is imported to Denmark, where it
must pass a final quality check before delivery to
customers in Denmark and abroad. In areas where
there are no authorized dealers, end customers
can purchase directly from the Canemaker through
this website. Orders will be delivered directly from

Returns: Undamaged goods may be returned within 14 days after receipt at the buyers address.
All returns must be pre-approved by the Canemaker.

Damaged

VAT/Tax: If the buyer is a company it is possible to avoid the 25% Danish tax and, instead,
be taxed at the local import tax rate. In this case we require the buyer´s
duly registered tax number, which will be included on the invoice.
