This is Hello Dolly NRFB by Nasco.

A close-up.

Hello Dolly even got her own case. It's marked SPP in the lower left corner. Below the window it says: Inspired By David Merrick's Smash Hit "Hello Dolly". I guess there could be more smashing outfits made for this doll.

This is Hello Dolly by Allied. I think she was a doll you could order by mail, I say that after having seen the box she came in on dollreference on the Allied page.

Close-up of Allied Hello Dolly

This doll has the same face and body as Hello Dolly and is marked A.E. You can see a similar doll on dollreference in the Allied page. She came with 3 wigs, I don't have any of the original ones seen there but I got a beautiful one with the doll.

This is the wig and swimsuit she came with.

She is on display with this wonderful outfit, it's clearly inspired by Barbie's Career Girl outfit and it's factory made.

Another of the A.E. girls.

Also marked A.E.

These 2 are wearing outfits I made.

Here I will show Hello Dolly. In the dollreference page they claim that Hello Dolly was made in 1960-1961 but since there was no Hello Dolly musical before 1964 that is not correct. She was made in 1964 or 1965 when the Broadway musical by the same name. It's supposed to be Carol Channing, the actor playing the role of Dolly. I have 2 Hello Dolly dolls, the first was made by Nasco, N.Y.she is NRFB so I haven't checked the markings but I bet it's the same as the second one that was sold by Allied. She is marked A.E. on the back of her head and that's all. Her face and body seems to be exactly like the Nasco doll.

I also got 3 more dolls with the same face and body. According to dollreference they should be marked Made in Taiwan but mine are just marked A.E. on the back of the head like the Hello Dolly doll. By the way are the bodies also exactly like the one used for Honey West.

Her vil jeg vise Hello Dolly.
