From late 60's I think and with original outfits, but they were sold without shoes.

I just found a 3rd Petra Hippie doll, I'm sure she is just that though she has a different face, the outfit is same type and the hair-do is also the same and also the bodies are exactly the same.

I got 2 Hippie dolls now, they are not actually sold as Petra dolls but as doll that can wear Petra's outfits. I first saw pictures of those in Silke Knaak's book about Bild-Lilli, they were sold as baggie dolls and as far as I can see without shoes.

The skipper-sized modern Japanese doll is probably Takara's Licca.

Thanks, but I'm sure the dress is right, I have learned that those making the outfits used very different fabrics for versions, but I can see what you say.

Hi Martha,
The hat is the correct one.. but I guess the dress is not
Looking at the booklet it is a silk one with lots of purple, yellow and orange flowers.
