The Basic Idea
August 1945, the 34th President of USA, Dwight D. Eisenhower, gave a speech, from which we quote: "To reduce mutal suspicions and antagonisms, it is important that people - and I mean people themselves, rather than only govermental representatives, learn to know more of each other."
This timeless statement we still use as a guideline when setting up taylormade special interest and educational programmes for high school students. Our intelligent cultural exchange programmes for senior and junior highschool students coming to Scandinavia is "hands on experiences" and "etablishing friendship to Scandinavian youngsters" en route.
